Sweet Potato Casserole
3 Points Per Serving
Filling:

3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
4 Egg Whites
1 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk

Topping:

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans

Mix the filling ingredients until blended. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with
PAM. Sprinkle on the topping ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 7
Servings.
