Spanish Rice
4 Points Per Serving
1 1/3 cups brown rice
2 cloves garlic
2 cups chicken broth
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes -- canned
8 scallion -- sliced
Add all the ingredients to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and
cover.
Cook until rice is tender. Add more water to keep from sticking if needed.
