1 pound lean ground round 1 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup reduced-calorie ketchup 2 tablespoons unprocessed oat bran 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 (8-ounce) can no-salt added tomato sauce 6 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split and toasted 1. Cook ground round and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles. Drain and return to skillet. 2. Stir ketchup and next 5 ingredients into meat mixture; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Spoon mixture evenly over bottom halves of buns; cover with bun tops. 6-7 Servings |
