Salsa Chicken |

Ingredients * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves * 4 tsp. taco seasoning mix * 1 cup salsa (temperature and variety of your choice) * 1 cup shredded Kraft 2% low-fat Cheddar cheese * Light sour cream for garnish (optional) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F 2. Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13-inch baking dish 3. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken 4. Pour the salsa on the chicken 5. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juicy and juices run clear 6. Sprinkle the cheese on the chicken evenly and bake another 5 minutes or so until melted and bubbly 7. Serve with fat-free sour cream as a garnish if desired Serves 4 |
