Ingredients * 2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal * 1/3 cup Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix * 1/2 tsp. baking powder * 1 Tbs. brown sugar * 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk * 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 2. Combine first 5 ingredients 3. Fold in berries 4. Form into 4 mounds and place on baking sheet (coated with cooking spray) 5. Bake for 10 minutes Serves 4 |
