Momentum Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
1- 14 1/2 oz. can Swanson Beef Broth with Onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
Fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Slice beef into very thin strips
2. Cook beef in nonstick skillet 5 minutes, stirring often
3. Add broth and mushrooms
4. Heat to a boil
5. Stir in noodles
6. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until noodles are done
7. Stir in sour cream and heat through
8. Garnish with parsley
