Ingredients

* 2 cup cornmeal
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp baking Soda
* 2 tsp baking Powder
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 egg
* 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
* 1 cup buttermilk

Directions

1. Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix
well.
2. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.
3. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
