Cottage Style Tuna Salad
1 Point Per Serving
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 can water-packed tuna, drained

1/2 small green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup diced celery

1 TBS minced chives

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in bowl; toss lightly to mix. Serve on lettuce leaves.
