Citrus Broccoli
1 Point Per Serving
1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli

1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

3/4 cup fresh orange juice

Cut the broccoli into florets and steam, covered for 3 minutes or just until
crisp-tender. Spoon into a serving bowl and keep warm. Melt the
margarine in a small but heavy saucepan over medium heat. Gradually
add orange juice mixture to flour mixture and cook until thick and bubbly,
stirring constantly. Pour sauce over broccoli and serve.
