Chicken Waldorf Salad

2 apples -- cored and diced

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 cups cooked chicken breast halves -- diced

2 cups seedless grapes -- halved

1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped\

1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

2 teaspoons reduced calorie mayonnaise

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon peppe

12 lettuce leaves



In large bowl, combine apples and lime juice; toss to coat. Add chicken, grapes, nuts, sour
cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Place lettuce leaves on
plates, top with salad mixture
