Chicken Alfredo

Weight Watchers Chicken Alfredo:
1 small package fettuccine noodles-- uncooked
10 ounces broccoli florets
9 ounces skinless boneless chicken breast -- cooked
15 ounces alfredo sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Cook pasta and broccoli together in boiling water in a dutch oven 10
minutes or until pasta is done and vegetables are tender.
Drain and return pasta and broccoli to Dutch oven.
Add the chicken(cut up or slice), alfredo sauce, cheese and salt, stirring well.
Cook over low heat 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Makes 3 Equal Servings
