1 1/2 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips 1 T. grated parmesan cheese 1 T. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° F. for 35 min or until golden. Serves 4 |
