Bacon Hashbrowns Bake

4 cups potatoes -- grated cooked

8 strips bacon -- cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup skim milk

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine -- melted

1/2 teaspoon paprika

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-inch pie
plate. Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 35-45
minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
